The 3 storey temple in the background is Taleju Temple Located at the Kathmandu Durbar Square where the Royals used to reside when Nepal was a Monarch. Taleju is considered the main goddess/deity of Nepal as a country and ruling family.This temple opens only once a year for devotees to visit. This small courtyard is located in Bhaktapur district inside Kathmandu Valley. This place is called Navadurga Dyo Chhen (Nine Durga Residence) where 13 different deities live for about half of the year and for the other half their mask forms are taken out and worn by the dancers who perform as the deities for 6 months. #citysafarichallenge

Kartik Dabali: This is Kartik Dabali, Dabali means stage in the local Language; Many cultural theatrical dances are performed here throughout the year. This stage was built around 400 years ago by King Siddhi Narshing Malla and Dance performed here are from around 400 years ago aswell. #citysafarichallenge

Ga Bahal: This particular street is the main street of ancient town of Patan, The main attraction of this place is a month long macchindranath festival where a 200ft tall chariot is pulled through this narrow street. #citysafarichallenge
