Everlasting flowers
A while ago I saw a nice flower vase design and I thought it would be fun to make it as a gift for someone.
Purchased a file and started with the laser cutter. Oops, first mistake, the file was made for thinner wood. Then change the size of the inserts so that the separate parts fit together properly.
On closer inspection, I also found the vase too tall for the length of the flowers. Just change the design again.

Then your mind goes even further: Wouldn't a transparent vase be more fun?
What if I put an alpaca on it? In the middle or on the side?
The flowers are now also slightly pimped with an engraved heart and some extra lines on the green leaves.
Another option would be to cut the flowers of pastel colors (perspex). But that is another investment in new material.
In two weeks, a horse version will premiere at a horse competition market.
