change then start with yourself.
People, especially children, learn by example.
If you want a better environment, make small efforts yourself that help our environment. If you want a more people-friendly world, start by being kinder to others yourself. If you want more joy in the world, laugh a little more often.
There is no point in standing on the barricades with hollow slogans and self
not making any effort to change things. Just tacitly change your own actions and attitude and keep doing so consistently, with here
and there a word of explanation about why maybe. That makes a lot more impression than all that aimless screaming and this causes people to pick it up and often put it into practice themselves. Seeing often causes others to do it too.
