#history
It existed between 42 and 39 million years ago. This species, which has a mixture of ape-like and human-like characteristics, evolved from Ardipithecus. A Comparison of Canine Body Sizes and Teeth of Male and Female A. anamensis reveals sexual dimorphism, notable differences between the two sexes of the same species. A fossil of the leg bone, the tibia, indicates that the A. Anamensis had an upright posture and was bipedal, although perhaps he also foraged in trees.

Therefore, bipedalism occurred early in human evolution and could also have been the first human adaptation.
