Example daily menu carbohydrate limited
Did you guys have a happy Easter? This year it was of course different than usual but still we were able to enjoy the sun and each other's company in the backyard.
I have also eaten, drank, snacked and tasted during the Easter days and since I have been standing still on the scales for a while and I really want a few kilos off for the summer, I started yesterday with carbohydrate restricted food (max 150 grams kh per day) and that meant back to basic again.
What did my day look like?
👉 Breakfast: protein crackers with cheese spread
👉 Lunch: 2 crackers with vega fillet americain, boiled egg (left of Easter) and mayonnaise & 2 crackers with ham ham ham salad
👉 Snack: protein bar
👉 Dinner: rice with chicken and stir-fry vegetables in green curry sauce
👉 Snack: skyr with strawberries and peanut mix
