The Gouda cheese balls work as a snack or at lunch or dinner.
An ancient Dutch recipe that makes everyone deaf.
Preheat the oven to 180° C
Mix all the ingredients of the dough, it should be a little sticky but hard.
Make small balls and put them on a baking sheet pre-greased with vegetable spray.
Varnish with a cooking wash the balls with a little milk.
Bake 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and put some grated Gouda cheese on top.
Bake for another 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Turn off the oven and let them stay inside for another 10 minutes with the door half open.
