While keeping your back straight, hold a dumbbell in each hand and slowly push them above your head. Remain in this posture for some seconds before returning the dumbbell weights down and repeating the procedure.
Bench press
Lay on a bench on your back and hold the bar in your hands. It is advisable to begin by warming up with the bars without any weights attached to them. Add weights after the warm-up. Lock your elbows out then lift the bar over your chest and fully extend your arms. Bring the bar back to your chest then up again and repeat the process.
Crunches
Lie on the ground and bend your knees and keep your feet flat on the ground. Contract your abs while crossing your arms over your chest. Exhale and raise your upper body while maintaining a relaxed head and neck. Lie back flat with your knees bent and your feet flat and repeat the procedure again and again.
