Life sometimes takes the exit “not expected”.
And often we are afraid of that in the first instance.
Because what we're doing most of all in our lives
is to make everything as predictable as possible.
That's why we choose to live in fixed rhythms.
It brings us security and a sense of security.

Then when something unexpected happens,
alarm off by itself, emotions come up,
feelings of uncertainty and it takes time
to create a new overview.

Exit “not expected” gives us from the first
moment a choice to choose a position
in how we want to look at it.

But we are trained by our ego to see it directly
as a threat to our security,
alarm bells go off, is anyone guilty,
where is the control, how do I keep it together....

This first reaction is often a physical reaction.
It gives a shock that causes the head to lock.
And when the head locks, the hormones begin
to flow and get ready to flee
or to fight.

Exit “not expected” does not always have to be bad.
There is always the opportunity to see the good in everything.
But that's not a self-evident reaction because
the fright when your survival system automatically turns on.

After a while, the head will go off the lock again,
but will the thoughts that get going,
thoughts of survival are.

Nevertheless, it is not impossible to come to a new
supportive overview. When you pass
you dare to watch programmed responses,
to feel and open to your heart,
you are able to find the good in everything.
Which doesn't mean you have to find everything right.

It means that somewhere you'll find a start to
from exit “not expected” again in motion
come, use it as a step stone to
develop yourself further, acknowledge your own strength
and make the choice to continue in love.
