Family composition & game pieces

Talking is easier while playing. Create family members' play pieces. This way, students can show (each other) and tell them what the family situation is like in their home.

  • Print the images on sturdy paper.
  • Color the characters and cut out the boxes.
  • Fold the cards across the center line and use them as toy figures.
  • Children can show and tell each other about their own family situation.

You may print out more often if, for example, children have two fathers or two mothers.

If there are still missing pieces, a student can make them themselves?
