Farfalle with mushrooms and cream


I want to offer you a recipe that is very tasty and at the same time, easy to prepare.


200 gr of farfalle or pasta in the form of ribbons
200 gr of mushrooms
180 ml of heavy cream (or sweet cream)
1 tablespoonful of salted butter
1 tablespoonful of olive oil
1 pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste


Boil the pasta in salted water until it is ready (follow the manufacturer's instructions, if it is Italian pasta it will take 3 to 4 minutes additional than what is indicated on the package, since this pasta is somewhat hard for the Latin taste if it is prepared as indicated on the package), once ready drain the pasta in a colander and let it drain completely, book .

Rinse the mushrooms, wash with water and cut into slices, let drain well, set aside.

Heat the frying pan over medium heat the butter together with the oil and fry the mushrooms until golden brown. Lower the heat to medium-low add the cream over the mushrooms, mix.
As soon as the sauce starts to thicken, put the drained pasta .
Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg, mix again .
Bring to the readiness on a slow fire until the pasta heats up
Put the prepared pasta on plates and serve hot.
