The Phoenix Bird is a large bird covered with flames and with striking orange red plumage, equal to fire.

It is said that it was the only animal in Eden that resisted temptation, becoming eternal.

Since he refused to eat the fruit of paradise, he was given various faculties,

as the power of fire and light, and the most outstanding, immortality with capacity

to be reborn from its ashes.

We know that he is a fabulous being that has been described in the mythology of various cultures but always meaning the same thing; resurrection and immort.

One of his gifts is that his tears can heal, so I think we all carry a Phoenix inside, because when we cry we feel healed in our soul, healed of our pain, healed of that feeling that we have not allowed ourselves to live, healed of that anger we have not been able to express, healed of that feeling that has made us anguish, grief and that we have not been able to free.

But that Phoenix virtue of being reborn from his ashes we must consider it as a representation of Resilience.

The passing through adverse moments in life, which can become lacerating, desolating, and heartbreaking, cause in us an inner death, turning us into ashes, and that is where we must be resilient resurfacing strengthened as a Phoenix, to face and face life reborn with more strength and courage assuming that life is what it is and we must get ahead.

If you are a resilient person you must adapt and overcome adversities, show the world the immortality of your soul by embracing everyone with the heat of the fire of your wings and shedding the light of your soul as a Phoenix Bird.
