Before I got this diagnosis, I didn't know this disease either. There's still little known about it, and the doctors still don't know how to get this disease. And because there is so little knowledge about it, people have - albeit wrong - judgment about it. Not to mention the misunderstanding. 

What does the disease mean?

Fibromyalgia is actually a soft tissue rheumatism. It allows you to have muscle pain all day, without having to do anything. If you have done something, an activity, then the pain can be even worse. In cold weather the pain can also be bad. I have even suffered if the weather suddenly changed. I could say when

It was going to rain. There are days when you can't get out of your bed from the pain. Your body also has pressure sensitive points. These points everyone has, only with someone with fibromyalgia they are hypersensitive.

If Fibromyalgia was visible, if people could see your pain, they'd better understand why you often say no.
