I think they're pretty cute, these flares. You don't need goggles for them, they don't make any noise and the pets are not afraid of them. Enough reasons to craft these corrugated board flares too!

Supplies:
  • Wooden popsicle sticks
  • Colored corrugated cardboard
  • Glitter chenille wire
  • Wobble Eyes
  • Scissors
  • Adhesive tape, adhesive stick and craft adhesive (for eye jes)

The adhesive tape and the craft adhesive are not in the picture, but actually necessary:)

Method:

  • Cut 1 chenille wire in half and bend each part in half
  • Hold them against the baton and wrap adhesive tape around it.
  • Cut a rectangle in the length of your corrugated cardboard
  • Place the chenille wire stick, eremom your rectangular cardboard and stick it there with three adhesive tapes.
  • Cut a triangle wider than your rectangle. That's your roof. Keep the rib lengthwise.
  • Lubricate the edge of the roof with the adhesive stick and stick it on
  • Cut strips, grease the back with the adhesive stick, stick on and cut off the excess.
  • In front of the eyes, put two drops of liquid glue in the place where eyelets come. 
  • Place the eyelets on the glue drops and press a little. 
  • Let the glue dry before playing with your flare family.
