
This morning I baked a loaf of bread in the Domo Pizza Maker. I used Koopmans white bread mix and mixed in various spices, including pizza and pasta spices, omelette herbs, garlic powder and paprika powder. Don't ask how much, because I always sprinkle herbs in it and measure it very rarely. I let the dough rise in a special rice basket for that and in the meantime, I was thinking about where I would bake the bread, and therefore what kind of bread it would be, from. My first thought was to go for a round and round bread in a round oven dish and bake the bread in the Ninja Multicooker, but in the end, I wanted flat bread and chose to bake the bread in the Domo Pizza Maker. I also knew right away what I was going to fill the bread with tonight: cut open bread and spread both sides with Philadelphia cream cheese with herbs, a slice of ham, radish slices for me and hubby, tomato slices. So said, so done. Although for some reason the bread does not look as nice as you would get it from a bakery, the bread tastes very good.
