Hey Guys! thought I'd share an amazing breakfast recipe for pancakes
It's super easy to make and from scratch.

What you will need:

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
2 Eggs
3/4 cup Whole Milk
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Extras:
butter
oil
syrup

Equipment:
Whisk
Medium sized bowl
Pan(for cooking the pancakes)
Butter knife
Spatula

Let's Get Started!
1. In your medium sized bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, sugar. When completely mixed, crack in your eggs and add the whole milk and vanilla extract.

2. Let it rest 10 minutes to relax the gluten.

3. In your pan use very little oil to evenly coat the bottom.* DON'T USE BUTTER, IT'LL BURN*. Pour in your pancakes and cook. Use spatula to flip them.

4. Coat the top with a little bit of butter. Pour syrup over.
