Four days of work. A curse or a blessing?

People, do you know the chaos theory? And the transition theory? In chaos, people are going to fight for fear of change to hold on to what seemed safe for 200 years; The Resource Year Class System.

The environment has changed the system no longer fits. No, I'm not. Personal development has stood still, creativity and problem solving ability has been paralyzed.

We're in the middle of a #transitie of an era, the 3rd industrial era is over. Humanity, problem-solving flexibility and creativity are becoming more important in the digital age.

Education is designed from a balance sheet development-oriented and profitability thinking.
For creative change in education, it is a time of energy, time to really do something else in the foundation. That takes courage and courage to look outside the framework for other new forms and develop yourself. Your own transition is of great importance, back to your own spirit, your own development. Who am I as a teacher?

Thinking about a 4 day working week in education is not a curse but a blessing;
• Parents have room to let their child develop, at home! By taking them to museums etc or simply paying attention at home. To educate. And for those who have trouble with that; that's what welfare organizations are for.
• It leaves space and time to work on your own transition and that of your team. That's necessary, because let's face it, there are a lot of neglected teams.
