Free crochet pattern half lotus flower flag garland
Where's the party? Here's the party!
Flags/garlands can be used on any occasion. But you can also use it to decorate your home, porch, canopy, garden or caravan/awning. On holidays, you can decorate the fireplace, Christmas tree, window, etc. You can also CROCHET those decorations YOURSELF!
In the pictures is a garland crocheted with half the lotus flower. Helen Orriens decorated her caravan with it on vacation. She sent in these photos, along with the link to the free crochet pattern. The crochet pattern is originally from Annie Soutter , but the free pattern wasn't clear to anyone. That's why Acorn to Oak changed it slightly and wrote a nice and clear (free) pattern for it.
There are 25 unloading between the flowers. After hooking together, fasting one more round along the entire length to make the pendulum firmer, then it hangs nicer. This garland is crocheted from cotton on crochet hook 35. An easy pattern. At first it's just as good counting, but after 2 or 3 flowers, you crochet them out of your head.
