Access to education is a universal enshrined right such as life or health.

Almost all countries provide free education at least at its most basic level, i.e. primary education because it is to respect the principle of learning to read and write.

In Venezuela, access to free education is guaranteed by the State up to its university level through direct funding, but in the last 20 years public education has lost its excellence for two reasons: the loss of teacher's mystique and the almost compulsory for young children to go to work to help in home support.
It is necessary to ensure economic stability for teachers and to include direct social programmes in schools that assist in students' nutrition, only in this way can the humblest prefer to send their children to the schools of education.
We are in time that free education is not free, and I'm not talking about making a payment, but as a society we can provide the tools we need in a citizen who builds a country from training and production.
