This recipe combines the crunch of oat flakes with the fresh taste of citrus fruits and the rich crunch of pistachios. The perfect breakfast for a sunny start to your day, full of vitamin C and healthy fats.
Kitchen supplies:
- Mixing bowl
- Scoop
- Knife
- Grater
Ingredients:
- 100 g oat flakes
- 30 g dried orange pieces
- 20 g pistachios
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Preparation method:
- Put the oat flakes in a mixing bowl.
- Add the dried orange pieces and pistachios to the oat flakes.
- Grate the rind of a fresh lemon and sprinkle it over the granola.
- Mix everything thoroughly and serve with yoghurt or milk of your choice.
