This recipe combines the crunch of oat flakes with the fresh taste of citrus fruits and the rich crunch of pistachios. The perfect breakfast for a sunny start to your day, full of vitamin C and healthy fats.

Kitchen supplies:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Scoop
  • Knife
  • Grater

Ingredients:

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 30 g dried orange pieces
  • 20 g pistachios
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Preparation method:

  1. Put the oat flakes in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the dried orange pieces and pistachios to the oat flakes.
  3. Grate the rind of a fresh lemon and sprinkle it over the granola.
  4. Mix everything thoroughly and serve with yoghurt or milk of your choice.
