Fudgy brownie recipe

Chewy, fudgy, brownie easy to make. This is good because it uses things that you may already have.

Directions Checklist

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour in a 9x13 inch pan.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the cocoa and baking soda. Add 1/3 cup vegetable oil and boiling water. Stir until well combined and thicken. Add the remaining sugar, eggs, and 1/3 cup oil. Finally, add flour, vanilla and salt; mix until all the flour is absorbed. Spread evenly in a prepared pan.

Step 3

Bake in a preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Let cool before cutting squares.
