Fundamental rights clashing

Clashing fundamental rights, 2G and lack of fundamental debate.
Next week, the House of Representatives is probably debating the introduction of '2G', the expansion of the corona pass that allows only people who are cured of corona or are vaccinated may visit certain places. At the same time, other European countries have already decided on vaccination obligation. Nevertheless, a fundamental discussion about these measures remains so far.

And that while there is something fundamental: the clash of different fundamental rights. In The Hague Affairs, we are going to talk about the legal, ethical, social and political considerations that need to be made. You can hear from Folkert Jensma and Mark Lievisse Adriaanse which fundamental rights collide, how a judge weighs the different freedoms and rights and why that fundamental debate is not.
