Fusilli with bacon, mushrooms and gorgonzola - recipe
Today I have a recipe for you for a delicious and simple pasta dish. It is a recipe based on 4 people. I chose a spicy gorgonzola that goes well with the mushroom and with the pasta it's nice to eat a fresh sweet tomato. Read on for the recipe!

500 grams of fusilli 1 chopped onion 1 bowl of mushrooms 300 grams of honey tomatoes or roma tomatoes 1 bottle of cooking cream 250 ml 1 piece of piccante gorgonzola 200 gram 200 grams of bacon 1 tsp Italian herbs olive oil
Preparation
Put a medium pot of water on the fire and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, cut the onion into pieces. Clean the mushrooms with the mushroom brush and cut them into slices. Cut the bacon slices into pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices or cut them in half. Cut away the hard pieces on the sides of the gorgonzola and cut the rest into pieces. When the water boils, add the fusilli and note the correct cooking time indicated on the package. Put a dash of olive oil in the pan and heat the oil. Add chopped onion and fry for 1 minute. Add the pieces of bacon and mushrooms and fry. After 5 minutes, add the cooking cream and let it boil for 1 minute. Add the gorgonzola pieces and let it melt in the mixture. Add the tsp. Add Italian herbs. Just stir. When the cooking time is reached, drain the fusilli and mix the mixture through the fusilli. The food can be served with some tomato slices. Bon tasty!
