The Galanthus or Snowdrop is a genus of twenty species of bulbous plants in the daffodil family (Amaryllidaceae), including Amaryllis. Some rare copies are purchased by collectors for several hundred Euro.

They are now blooming in full until the end of February.

The Kalmthout Arboretum has a rich collection in the park.
