Sudoku

#gaming Jugar Sudoku es uno de mis pasatiempos  preferidos.
Este juego consiste en completar con números del 1 al 9 una cuadrícula de 81 casillas y 9 subcuadrículas , de forma que no se repita ningún número en la misma fila o columna ni en la misma subcuadrícula.
Tengo la aplicación bajada en mi celular,  y no pierdo la oportunidad de jugar, sobretodo cuando en mi sector cortan la electricidad y comienzan las horas de ocio.
El sudoku, ayuda al desarrollo de ciertas  funciones cerebrales como la atención y la memoria, son  juegos muy útiles a la hora de prevenir la demencia y enfermedades como el Alzheimer.
Uno de los beneficios más resaltante del sudoku es que ayuda a reducir la ansiedad y el estres y mejora la concentración.
Es un  juego que  se puede jugar en diferentes niveles desde muy fácil  hasta profesional o extremo, yo prefiero jugar "intermedio".
Se dice que este juego data de 1783, y fue creado  por Leonhard Euler , pero no fue hasta 1970 que  Walter MacKey  lo publica en una revista , en los 80 se hace popular en Japón y es en el 2005 cuando los periódicos lo publicaron como pasatiempos.
