The Sims 2 Lot Makeover: Modern Riser

Hello, dear Yoors users!

Today I am sharing with you another lot makeover for The Sims 2! I believe I made this lot over before the school year started, probably in August or early September. This lot originally had a weird layout and only two bedrooms. Now it has more space for a growing family and a basement where the family room is located alongside the master suite for the parents. The house also features a nice kitchen and a small study area + activities outside of the house.
