The nice weather is coming, the barbecues turn on again and this time I share my garlic sauce that I make regularly. This garlic sauce is delicious with a shawarma sandwich, various wraps dishes, but also perfect to serve during the barbecue or a gourmet evening. Ingredients:

  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika powder
  • Chives (preferably fresh, but it can also be from a jar)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Water (not too much, it should not become too thin)
All spices are best added to your taste.
