
Een makkelijk recept:
1 courgette, 1 aubergine, 3 ons kipfilet, 2 tenen knoflook, 4 tomaten, geraspte italiaanse kaas, italiaanse kruiden, rozemarijn, peper & zout, olijfolie
Courgette en aubergine in stukjes snijden en op een bakplaat samen met olijfolie 15 minuten op 200 graden. Kipfilet in stukjes snijden evenals de tomaten.
De kip, tomaten, knoflook en alle kruiden met nog wat olijfolie bij de andere groente op de bakplaat doen en nog 15 minten in de oven.
Op de foto liggen er ook nog aardappelschijfjes bij maar die heb ik er niet bij gedaan.
