George and Mildred starred in the 'Man about the house' series in the '70s. In the Netherlands, the series was called 'Man Over the Floor'. and aired from 1978. Mildred was played by Yootha Joyce and George by Brian Murphy. Later, the Ropers got their own series. Did you guys always enjoy watching it so much?
