HOW TO DEAL WITH DEMOTIVATION?

To give you more or less an idea, motivation is an internal state that directs our behavior to achieve certain goals or meet certain needs. When we set a goal or feel a need, motivation is the driving force that allows us to take the necessary actions. For example, a young man can choose a career and strive over the years motivated by his deep interest in that profession.
Demotivation, on the contrary, is the lack of those reasons to guide our behavior, is the loss of enthusiasm, willingness and energy to carry out certain activities. It is a feeling of hopelessness and pessimism that arises when we face certain obstacles. Obviously, this is a very limiting inner state that can even block us emotionally.
