Het heerlijk avondje zit er weer aan te komen. Dus daar hoort iets lekkers bij, geheel in stijl uiteraard. Ik zocht op internet een geschikt recept en kwam uit bij gevulde speculaasboterkoek van bettyskitchen.nl. (bettyskitchen.nl/speculaas-boterkoek-met-amandelspijs)

Inmiddels heb ik het eindproduct geproefd, dat is een blijvertje!

Wat heb je ervoor nodig

250 gram bloem

200 gram witte basterdsuiker

1 el speculaaskruiden

That looks good! It's that I don't like almond paste. Still, the recipe pinned on my plate for you, Sinterklaas.
@Ingrid Tips en meer you can also make it without almond paste (I tasted 'raw' dough and it was already very good)

Is almond paste marzipan ?
@enigma No, but both are made of almonds. Strangely enough, I don't like marzipan. By the way, I just looked up for you exactly what the difference is (I was curious about it myself). It seems that marzipan contains more sugar and less almond.
