It may be a little crazy, but we've decorated a giant fly. He is happy from papier-mache and does not buzz your ears. Nowadays it is very hip to have large insects as decoration on the table.. Well, if it's a craze, then we're going to join it.. In itself we are not insects lovers but as long as he sits still, does not poke and buzz, we find the cute critters!
And we could even choose from different insects! There's also a beetle and an ant in that series. Now that I look at the online shop, I suddenly see that our fly is actually a Bee. But that's fine too, you know.! It also flies and gives him his familiar dashes can of course also. Creativity has no limits, right?
Supplies: Decopatch paper (we used 2 different), gold paint for the legs and Decopatch glue/lacquer with a brush. That's all!

Tear the paper into small pieces, and after dyeing the paws, glue the pieces of paper overlapping on the figure.
When it's ready, paint the bug once completely, with the same Decopatch glue, because it is also lacquer. Easy, huh?

Finally he gets 2 wiggling sticky eyeglages and you give him a place where he can start to show off decorative.
We immediately want to add the beetle, the spider (brrr) and the ant, but they still have to wait a while.. As soon as they are made, we will also be happy to show them to you. If you dare to look, at least!
