What are you doing with ginger?

It just looks weird, ginger. Strange, convoluted roots, never deepened me into it. I've always passed it in the store, but recently heard that it's very good for your stomach and intestines. The substances contained in ginger have an inflammatory effect. It's a pretty strong taste, so you have to love it.

Do you have digestive problems, cramps or are you sick? Then drink a cup of ginger tea anyway! Grate the ginger (with a grater) and leave to infuse for a while in hot water.

Gember

Do you have a cold or do you have the flu? Even then you can really benefit from a ginger tea with honey and/or lemon. To taste your food, ginger is also used, grated or thinly sliced.

You can also use ginger externally; if you mix freshly squeezed ginger juice with olive oil, you can massage your sore muscles. Just find someone to massage you for a moment!
