Ginger Muesli: A Spicy Start to the Day π
Kitchen supplies:
- A bowl
- A cutting board
- A knife
- spoon for mixing
Ingredients:
- 50 g oat flakes
- 1-2 tbsp ginger pieces (fresh or candied)
- 30 g walnuts (roughly chopped)
- 1 tbsp honey (to taste)
Preparation method:
- Mix the oat flakes with the ginger pieces in a large bowl.
- Add walnuts add extra crunch and healthy fats.
- Pour the honey all over and stir thoroughly, so that everything is covered with a sweet layer.
- Optionally, add some extra toppings such as fruit or seeds for variety.
