This is a recipe that my mother used to make some weekends, I remember that when I was little I use a pen with some goats and goats, I never forget because she killed them herself, removed their skins, cut it into pieces and made this Plato.

Ingredients
· A hearty portion of Goat
· 1 or 2 coconuts
· 1 unit of grated onion
· 4 cloves of crushed garlic
· 4 Potatoes
· 2 teaspoons of salt
· Chili peppers,
· Chives
· A small cup of oil
· Onoto

Preparation:
· The coconut pulp is extracted, cut, liquefied and colated
· The goat is cut into portions and washed
· In a large pan or in a cauldron, put the coconut milk over high heat.
· It is brought to a boil and cooked by stirring constantly for a few minutes.
· Add the onion, the chilies, the oil previously cooked with the onoto and cook for about 7 minutes.
· Add the goat and cook over high heat, stirring occasionally. It is put on medium heat until it softens,
· It should be stirred frequently from the beginning of cooking the coconut milk, until the end, so that it does not form lumps.

To accompany it, my mother used rice and cassava
