Great customer service without the hassle...
Now that, partly due to a pandemic, I make online orders more often, there are always a number of things that are going on in my head. What if my package is damaged or what if there is an error in terms of delivery or what if the package does not arrive or what if the package is delivered incorrectly somewhere and it is considered delivered, but you have not received it?
I know, I may be a faint hearted on that front, but if there's one thing I hate profoundly, it's having to call customer service and brave a whole forwarding menu before being told they can't actually help you.
