Great tits have flown out

For weeks we saw great tits busy in the weather to build a nest in our birdhouse. After weeks, we heard new life in the birdhouse. The last few days it was suddenly quiet and the great tits stopped coming. Just a look at the birdhouse yesterday. They had already flown out and unfortunately we missed that moment. However, they left a beautiful nest, without the husks of the eggs. I wonder what wisdom is now. Leave or take out the nest for future birds who want to breed.
