Green Muesli: A Nourishing and Energizing Start to the Day

This special breakfast is full of superfoods and gives you a real energy kick for the day. With the powerful properties of spirulina, the texture of chia seeds and the sweet taste of banana, this is a perfect dish for anyone who enjoys a nutritious and balanced breakfast.

Kitchen necessities

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups and scoops
  • Wooden spoon or spatula for mixing
  • Airtight storage jar for storage
  • Banana knife and cutting board

Ingredients

  • 300 g oat flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 ripe banana (sliced)

Preparation method

  1. Mix dry ingredients : Put the oat flakes, spirulina powder and chia seeds in a large mixing bowl and stir well.
  2. Add the banana : Cut the banana into slices and add it to the dry mix. Stir gently so that the banana is well distributed.
  3. Serve : Add milk, plant-based milk, or yogurt for a delicious creamy breakfast. You can also add some extra fresh fruit such as kiwi or berries for extra color and flavor.
  4. Save : Store the dry mix (without banana) in an airtight container. Only add the banana when serving.
