This special breakfast is full of superfoods and gives you a real energy kick for the day. With the powerful properties of spirulina, the texture of chia seeds and the sweet taste of banana, this is a perfect dish for anyone who enjoys a nutritious and balanced breakfast.
Kitchen necessities
- Large mixing bowl
- Measuring cups and scoops
- Wooden spoon or spatula for mixing
- Airtight storage jar for storage
- Banana knife and cutting board
Ingredients
- 300 g oat flakes
- 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 ripe banana (sliced)
Preparation method
- Mix dry ingredients : Put the oat flakes, spirulina powder and chia seeds in a large mixing bowl and stir well.
- Add the banana : Cut the banana into slices and add it to the dry mix. Stir gently so that the banana is well distributed.
- Serve : Add milk, plant-based milk, or yogurt for a delicious creamy breakfast. You can also add some extra fresh fruit such as kiwi or berries for extra color and flavor.
- Save : Store the dry mix (without banana) in an airtight container. Only add the banana when serving.
