Today I'm going to share you a simple recipe for churrasco de mero, for me fish is one of my favorite foods
Ingredients for making Churrasco de grouper:
1 Mero fillet
2 cloves of garlic
1 pinch of salt and pepper
1 laurel leaf
1 branch of thyme
1 unit of Potato
How to make Churrasco de mero:
Take a grouper fillet without skin and cut 2 cm wide slices, season with garlic, salt, pepper and place on the iron until golden brown.
Apart it is prepared a butter with garlic, smoke fish. a few laurel leaves and enough thyme.
Cut two cooked potatoes on wheels are added to the sauce .
Place the steak and bathe it with the sauce. Add a little olive oil when serving.
As a side dish is a salad with lots of lettuce, onions and tomatoes. I recommend a wine to taste color but that is light and young to taste fish or aged wine
