That quote, from a poem written by a Massachusetts settler in the 1630s, seems particularly appropriate at this time of year. #Halloween is almost here so grocery stores, coffee shops and bakeries are now filling their shelves with pumpkin dishes, ranging from muffins to lattes (latte is a type of coffee made with espresso and hot steamed milk, slightly creamier than a cappuccino) to ravioli.
