Halloween story

In the middle of autumn night, a couple of young teenage girls walk through the deserted streets of the village. They're a little bored this time of year. There is little to do here for them in these quiet nights. And in that boredom, a plan is born; deep in Kate's mind.


Let's go to the woods, she says. For others, the words come as out of the blue. They break the silence and enthusiastically head to the edge of the small village. Any plan that can fill their void is welcome, namely.


Kate is getting more and more enthusiastic and keeps walking faster and faster. The others have trouble following her. They go deeper and deeper into the woods.

Suddenly they stand still. In this ominous forest clearing, Kate always gets a little restless inside. But today, that turmoil feels more intense than ever.
