Today I start with a story, for the most part it really happened.
It'll be about twenty years ago. Wants to expand the port of Antwerp. There's got to be a dock. A bunch of wise men come together and start brainstorming. Heavy Discussions. In the end, it is decided to engage an external agency to further work it out.
