
With the heat of summer and the fact that we have long days, we would often like to have some light snacks and evenings. Strictly speaking, a quick dinner and a light healthy dinner. Here is ahealthy food recipes for dinner easy fast food.
Based on one of my favorite marinades, this healthy food recipe is a quick dinner that can be made by one or more people (if you enjoy). What I did earlier this week was prepare halibut over brown and wild rice mixed with dates and serve green beans on the side. This simple healthy dinner did not take long to make.
The ingredients for this fast food are:
1 part halibut
Brown rice
Wild rice
Days
Green beans
To start this quick dinner, grease the halibut in a bowl of equal parts of olive oil, balsamic vinegar (two tablespoons each) and a clove or two of garlic. Drain the halibut and refrigerate the fish for about two hours.
In the meantime, follow the cooking instructions behind the packages of wild rice and brown rice and cook both types of rice separately. When making this healthy food recipe, I used 1/4 cup of wild rice and 1 cup of brown rice.
When both sets of rice are ripe, mix them together and add the chopped dates. Be sure to check out the nut dates. Allow the heat of both sets of rice to heat for chopped days. Set the rice aside.
Once the halibut is submerged in water, cook the fish in the oven until tender and tender but not raw in the middle. To make this a really quick dinner, buy fresh frozen beans and bake them on the stove while cooking halibut.
Once the rice has cooled, you may want to put it in the microwave for a few seconds to reheat it. Place the rice on your dinner plate, then place the cooked halibut on top and place the raw cooked beans aside, and when you have a quick dinner use a healthy food recipe.
I like to save extra time for cooking dinner in the summer and I will usually prepare my pre-cooked mixed rice and put it in the fridge. I make a few meals and take it out of this meal or other fast food that I can cook during the week.
