You will feel a bright, sharp pain under your foot (to your heel) when standing on it or walking. At rest, the pain stops almost instantly.

The pain symptoms are there:
Standing and walking,
especially when getting up in the morning and after prolonged sitting.
When walking barefoot on a hard surface, this almost does not work out of the pain.
When pressing on the sore spot under your heel.
At night, the pain can be nailing.

Rest is important at Heel Trail. If this does not help, a physiotherapist is recommended. With massage or electronic stimuli, they can reduce the symptoms. #tips
