A lot of forced to do 'nothing', not to be able to do anything, just let your mind grind. That's my biggest makke. I don't give myself a rest. I 'have to' make up for so much lost time. Yes, I'll listen to my body. I have to, otherwise I won't even keep it up for an hour.
