Making macarons.. Uh, yeah, that's quite a challenge.. I must say that I have already made several attempts, purely because I like it and like it so much!

This one I made yesterday to try out for Mother's Day next Sunday. Because there are probably many questions about the recipe come again, I will put these in advance. The macarons are filled with vanilla and in the middle a drop of strawberry jam.
