This breakfast is perfect for anyone who loves a combination of sweet honey and the unique taste of matcha. The crunchy cashews add a delicious bite, while the oat flakes and matcha give you an energy boost to get the day off to a good start!

Kitchen supplies:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Scoop
  • Scale or measuring cups
  • Airtight container for storage

Ingredients:

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of matcha powder
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 50 g cashew nuts (roughly chopped)

Preparation method:

  1. Mix the matcha with the oat flakes in a large mixing bowl until the powder is evenly distributed.
  2. Add the chopped cashews add and mix thoroughly.
  3. Heat the honey briefly in the microwave to make it easier to mix, and pour it over the mixture .
  4. Stir everything thoroughly so that the honey spreads well.
