If you've ever tried to read or write code, you know that it can feel like trying to read a foreign language. But fear not, non-programmers! With a little bit of guidance, you too can start to understand the basic principles behind coding. Here are five tips to help you get started:

1. Learn the Vocabulary

Just like any language, coding has its own vocabulary. Once you learn the basic terms, you'll be able to understand code much more easily. For example, "if", "else", and "while" are all keywords that programmers use to control the flow of their code.

Just like any other language, coding has its own unique vocabulary. Sure, words like "variable" and "function" might sound like gibberish at first, but with a little bit of practice, you'll be speaking like a programmer in no time. Here's an example of a simple HTML code:

print("Hello World");

See? Not so scary after all. And if you're feeling particularly ambitious, try learning some programming jokes – they're sure to impress (or annoy) your programmer friends.

I didn't know it was quite readable then. it's not the abracadabra I always thought it was. Well, these are probably the somewhat easy codes. But still nice to see it like this.
Yes, in the distant past, I did do more with computers. I can follow a number of codes, but I can't make any more programs for me, I've become a user.
Haha, yes. I can still remember how I started with dBase3 and Clipper. Nowadays, it's all a lot easier for non-programmers, with programs like WordPress and the like. But it still makes a lot of difference if you can also use HTML, CSS and PHP.
In the process, people learn, was my starting point to create a website?. Change the HTML code of a free template to suit your needs. Through trial and error, this has become the result.
In Blogger (and formerly Wordpress), I sometimes do (and did) something with Html. Woehaha, if I'm not looking for something, it's new things to put off.
Thanks for these simple and effective tips. For us laymen, reading certain codes is more difficult than solving Rubrik's cube.
This for me is a new world, there are things that I understand very little, but I am happy with these publications, thank you for sharing
