Fouts do not see!

Is it conscious or unconscious, denying folds?

Does the ego play a role? Or does this person really not see this vout?

How well can you handle criticism?

Or is it cocky if you don't give in to a vout?

Sometimes it's good to be alerted to your folks. It could have something to do with a blind spot.

Then, of course, it is also important how you get feedback. The nuance or tone with which this feedback/criticism is brought.

Not everyone is (at that point) open to it. Perhaps it takes time to get used to the fact that you have something to do with the process.

Feedback and criticism can be sensitive in the process of making change. It can have evidence to do with yourself, hitting a sensitive string, or maybe a blind spot of not being able to understand or understand that is supposed to be something else.

Helping with someone is nothing wrong with it. Maybe it's good to see if this person is open to change or feedback at all.

Are you aware that feedback always contains a truth?

How do you deal with feedback?
