How do you get Pneumonia ?

Taking care of daily and consistently following the ritual nose wash with lukewarm and lightly salted water helps a lot of bad things at a later stage. And I certainly do, because at the age of 70, I can't afford pneumonia.

Now, armed with this information, how many doctors due to CONVID are neglecting to make the correct diagnosis and purposely murdering people? And these doctors are being backed by our governments in order to "cull" the human race.
