Rejection, here we go again. 😕

Who rejects who, I immediately ask myself!

That sense of rejection can go through the marrow and bone. Your hair can get up.

Rejection is not fun. It can provoke a certain feeling. Resistance, not appreciated, not respected, your ego can be touched and your trust is damaged.

What we know for sure is that it has something to do with you as a person.

Of course it's nice that you get a compliment or appreciation. If you act right, you think you'll get a good feeling back. That is the least point of departure.

Handsome when you do not have expectations, that is the ultimate starting point in your process.

It is important, though. In your opinion, did you act the best and sincerely? If so, it may have to do with the other person. That what you offered is the maximum you could have offered.

How do you deal with criticism or feedback?

Maybe it's good to give yourself that appreciation, and then leave the rejection with the other.

How do you take this?
